ISOPOW – International Symposium on Properties of Water

ISOPOW
ISOPOW is a non-profit scientific organization and Standing Committee of IUFoST, whose activities aim at progressing the understanding of the properties of water in food and related biological systems, and the exploitation of this understanding in improved raw materials, products and processes i n the food, agrofood or related industries.

IUFoST Working Groups

Working Groups and Task Forces are established to accomplish specific objectives of IUFoST and operate with a specific mission and cease work when the primary purpose for which it is founded has been achieved.

In addition to the Distance Education Task Force (see Education) the IUFoST Integrated Food Systems Task Force and International Relations Task Force are currently operational. IUFoST also has many internal working groups and task forces to carry out the mission of the Union.
