Welcome to the International Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) interactive discussion forums. The Members Forums and other resources  are by invitation to those involved in the ongoing  work of the Union.  The purpose of the Members Resource Centre (MRC) is to provide a location online where the IUFoST community can work and meet together on issues of common interest and concern to food science and technology. View the full list of forums available to members.  Members News is posted on the Bulletin Board and there are resources, databases, awards and recognition details and a student centre.
