Membership in the International Union of Food Science and Technology is open to all nations on the basis of one representative body from each nation or defined territory. With its members countries, regional groupings (EFFoST in Europe, WAAFoST in Africa, FIFSTA in Asia, MENAFoST for the Middle East and North Africa and ALACCTA in Latin America), Disciplinary and Special Interest Groups, Corporate and Institutional members, IUFoST works with more than 300,000 food scientists and technologists worldwide, IUFoST is the world voice of food science and technology. It also provides a unique community of food science and technology professionals dedicated to IUFoST’s vision to Strengthen Global Food Science and Technology for Humanity.
