Board
The Board is responsible for implementing strategies to achieve the objectives of the Governing Council. Its members are the President, President-elect, Past President, Scientific Council Chair and Secretary-General. The Secretary-General is non-voting and the Scientific Council Chair does not vote on the financial issues of the Union. The Board’s responsibilities include:
- Implementing strategies to achieve objectives set by the Governing Council
- Approving, monitoring and modifying, as needed, all activities of the Union
- General Management of the Union
The Board meets a minimum of every three months, by conference call.
